Tortilla Marissa's is a restaurant that was created in 1987 for the people of Northern Colorado. Our goal is to serve you the finest "North of the Border " style southwestern food at reasonable prices. We use the freshest ingredients to prepare meals to order. Our sauces & chips are made fresh daily. We use no lard & have numerous vegetarian & gluten-free options available. We prepare traditional items such as tacos, burritos & tostadas with unique flair. Tortilla Marissa's is known for our Chile Rellenos, Blue Corn enchiladas & Fajitas, as well as unique items like Tortilla Flats, Tacos Del Mar & Smoked Chicken Enchiladas.

Tortilla Marissa's has consistently been recognized as one of the best in Fort Collins.
